has anyone had monophasic synovial sarcoma?
Synovial sarcoma is classified as either monophasic, biphasic or poorly differentiated depending on what its cells look like under the microscope. Mine was originally diagnosed as monophasic but I remember my oncologist commenting one of my metastases looked biphasic under the microscope. Poorly differentiated is considered more aggressive than the other two forms.
