First, you have to contact a location that is doing the trial. Then you may be able to request the hospital to send tumor samples to the people screening for the trial. Sometimes they want fresh biopsies, though. Here is a link to info about the NY-ESO-1 t-cell trials. Look for the closest location to you and give them a call.
