Many years ago, a Japanese team did a trial using a vaccine to target SYT-SSX (the mutant gene thought to be responsible for synovial sarcoma):

Years passed and their investigations seemed to have gone nowhere or stopped. But hope is not completely lost as a new study just came out:

I like it that smart researches are out there doing this type of stuff, don’t quite understand it but it gives hope fr the future that they will find an answer or at least more treatments against this desease
