Tim was diagnosed with Synovial Sarcoma in October 2010. Two years ago his cancer spread to his lungs. After trying almost every chemo and immune therapy there is no cure for Tim any more. Since he knows he will not be cured, he started a foundation "Live for Others Foundation" to find specific a cure for Synovial Sarcoma and we will run this foundation for years to come. Recently his lungs are getting slowly worse and he might only be a short while with us before he will go to heaven, but he really wanted to share his foundation “Live for Others Foundation” and the video he made with you. Does he have in mind a particular strategy to fund research? Would the money go to fund a specific lab, hospital or would the foundation use a grant process similar to the Liddy Shriver Sarcoma Initiative? These are things you need to be more specific about when you promote your foundation...
