I found this site useful to get a feel for the research going on and it gives hope that in the near future there are going to be some more and better treatment options available:

I’ve also been reading some stuff on VEGF anti-angiogenic tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI), I was inspired by a story on another frum with multiple mets went into mission based on a trial drug in this space.

There is always hope and great to see smart people around the world doing smart things.

On the search box, you used sarcoma. One may either change it to synovial sarcoma to be more specific or change it to solid tumor to be less specific. Also, there is an advanced search where people can specify the location if they don't want to travel too far...
