Just a update that my husband Paul lost his battle to SS this morning at 5:53 am. It just got so aggressive the last 2 weeks. I am happy is in a better place and at peace with not more pain but I am sure gonna miss him! He was my everything in life. I know I will see him again but until then I have to learn to live with out him.

Paul was lucky to have you during his long battle with SS. You proved to be an excellent caregiver. I know it was hard for you to see him suffer especially in the end when his health became substantially worse. He is at peace now and he wants you and your daughters to keep enjoying life fully and find peace in your mind. May his spirit give you strength...

Hi Dora, So sorry to hear about your lost. You guys fought the disease well and it sounds like you did all that you could do. It seemed that you had a lovely relationship and you did an incredible job supporting your husband throughout the various procedures and stages.
