I just had my second round of Yondelis. I was diagnosed with synovial sarcoma six years ago. I am an above knee amputee. I was on a trial with NIH for 16 Months taking cabozantinb for tumors in my lung. I have tried chemo cyberknife, removal by surgery of a lung nodle, as we all know, very difficult to get rid of the lung nodules and to keep them away. So my oncolgist thought I should try Yondelis for now. There is a new trial coming up for sarcoma but it must pass the safety issues first which could take a while, not sure how long it will take. I will keep you advised of my outcome with Yondelis.
Thanks Mazie! Good luck!
