Hi all - has anyone tried an anti-PD1 drug besides MK-3475? can you please provide your experience? thank you.
Hello - I tried the medi4736 anti pd1 and it didn't work well for me at all. My tumors grew 100%. It was the medi4736 and tremamumab (something close to that spelling lol). I did the trial at Moffitt in Tampa. Everyone is different but I def know the pd1 inhibitor drugs have an adverse effect on these tumors. Good luck to you and pls keep us posted.
