Hello - I've tried this drug in combination with another inhibitor and experienced 100% growth. I'm very nervous about this drug and trial.I have mets in my lungs, my SS has always been in my lungs. I did the trial at Moffitt in Tampa. My onc was very excited about it originally but for me it didn't work. Don't mean to discourage you but wanted to share my experience. And again my trial was medi4736 with another drug. Please keep us posted. Good luck to you!!!!!!

Now I'm doing gemzar and taxotere, the traditional chemo. I've had some shrinkage so far which is great. Really hope this works for me because my tumors are in my lungs and my breathing is becoming challenging. I get winded extremely fast. Thank you for asking. You take care and keep in touch.
