Does anybody know of a MK-3475 (pembrolizumab) trial where you can have more than 3 previous treatments?

Hi - I am trying to find a trial for MK-3475 where you can have more than 3 previous treatments. Is anyone on one? Thank you.

Took a quick look at clinicaltrials.gov and couldn't find one :-(

But there is a similar drug from a different manufacturer that seems to have less stringent criteria:

Actually, I don't see the exclusion in the following trial:

But is your daughter already 18?

Hi Elodie - thanks for your feedback. Katie is 18. I called the PA and Maryland sites and they are not taking sarcomas for this trial now. I am awaiting feedback from the NJ location. The pediatric trial opening at CHOP where she is a patient is only open up to age 17. This drug seems promising and will give her a better quality of life. I hope to find somewhere she can get.
